When you type a name, place, or other detail into a search tool, that query is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the search. Rooks County Released Inmates does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s handling of the query is governed by its privacy terms.
Emails and Contact Messages
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law. Do not send sensitive custody, financial, medical, or identity documents through an ordinary message.
